But we ensure to get it back as soon as we can on our online store called “The Shop” so that you can pick it. In all of this, we keep you informed on stock availability through SMS at our end so you know when its back In rare cases where the stock isn’t available in the whole wide world then we notify you within 24 hours and return the money within 10 working days through the same mode of payment the way we received it

    8. Are there any other hidden charges?

    The price that you see at the time of checkout is all inclusive of all taxes, shipping & delivery charges, You will not pay a single penny over and above that.

    9. Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?

    No, we don’t want you to get in to any sign-ups until you are comfortable. So, you can still go ahead with just a simple email address or mobile number and off course your delivery address to place the order. However, we still suggest you register yourself so that we can keep you updated on upcoming offer and breaking deals and you can maintain a wish list at your end so that we know what you’re eyeing for and can suggest you the product as soon as the product is available.     10. What is the available mode of payments? And is there an EMI option available.

    We accept all leading issuers at our end, VISA card, Master card and American Express credit and debit cards. We also have a cash on delivery (CoD) service available at our end for order above INR 1000. However, at this point we do not have an EMI option available for you – and to assure its just matter of time that we bring this service for your ease and convenience.

    11. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

    Our logistic partners notify before the time of delivery to ensure you receive your product in time. However, if in case you still happen to step out and miss them, then you need not worry because they will reschedule the delivery with you again. The trick is to ensure you provide your accurate mobile number so that we can keep you posted on the movement of your parcel. If in case you miss out completely then the parcel will be returned to, we will reschedule dispatch for you

    12. Is saving my credit or debit card details on your website safe??

    Yes, it is. We have all the quality and security checks in place to ensure your information is safe with us as much as it is safe with you.     14. How do I return something that doesn’t fit my kid or I just don’t like it?

    You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

    Login into your The Kids Corridor account, Go to My Orders, Fill in the details and raise a return request, Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a refund.
    • Now that you have made up your mind to return the product, we will ensure your journey of returning the product and refund is as smooth as its can be. Of course, we need lead time of 5 to 7 working days to ensure we both experience a smooth transition.

    • Click on “return” on the item that you wish to return.
