    Here are few more queries that we can answer for you.

    1. What if I cancel the order and claim for a refund?

    We take minimum 7 to 9 working days to initiate refund of the amount to your Credit/Debit/Net Banking account. In case the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (CoD) then you would be not eligible for a refund because you haven’t paid for your order.

    2. How many days does it take to receive the refund amount?

    We will initiate the refund process as soon as we have received the product back and after we have completed the quality checks at our end. Once it clears the quality checks and once we have initiated the refund it typically takes minimum 5 to 7 working days to receive the money back in to your account.

    3. What if I made a payment using Cash on Delivery and now, I wish to return the product?

    We will initiate your refund via online transfer. You need download and fill in the CoD refund request form and send it to us at [email protected]– TBC. The form will ask you for the following details. (Order no. , your name as per bank record, bank account details, account type, branch location and IFSC code).
     Subject of your email should read as follows: CoD refund request for (Mention order No.)

    4. In how many days can I claim for refund after the receipt/delivery of the product?

    The product refund varies for each category and product. Please refer to our Return Policy to know more about the eligibility

    5. What if there’s an issue with your payment gateway? And what if I get charged twice due to an error by your payment gateway?

    In such cases we will refund the additional amount back to your account within 24 to 48 hours. The refund should get credited in to your account within 5 to 7 working days

    6. What if the order wasn’t picked up by your logistic partner in stipulated time and I had to courier the product back myself?

    Kindly write to us with your details at [email protected]. Your email should include the following parameters to qualify for the refund. Once we receive these details, we will refund your money along with your courier charges.
    • Order No.
    • Date of original product delivery and the invoice/receipt copy
    • Your logistic partner name
    • Courier tracking no.
    • Subject of your email should read as follows: Courier refund for (mention your order id)

    7. There’s a delay in my refund?

    We can assure you that the refund has been processed within the set timelines from our end. We would request you to check with your issuing bank statement to reconfirm on the refund. If in case there is no refund then kindly send us your details in the following format at [email protected]
