    1. What is our return policy?

    Our return policy is flexible and accommodates most of the products that you purchase on our site For you to qualify for a refund on returned items, please ensure that the items and packaging is not damaged, used or tampered. To Know more, refer to our Payment & Refund Policy.

    2. What if your delivery agency fails to pick up the product?

    Our delivery partner will be in touch with you for the pickup and delivery and will make at least two attempts before flagging off your request as “Pick up failed”. If you do not hear from our delivery partner within 24 to 48 hours about the pick up or if its not picked up within the said timeframe then please write to us at [email protected]

    3. How do I return the product?

    If the product does meet your requirement then you can return the product within the stipulated time as shown below in the product return chart.

    4. Can I return the item after the time mentioned in the return conditions?

    No. All products must be returned within the stipulated timeframe in order for us to accept the return and initiate refund at our end

    5. How does the order return works?

    Follow few simple steps and you are on your way
    • Log in to your registered account
    • Go to “my orders”
    • Click on return on the order you wish to return
    • Submit few general details about the order you wish to return
    • Submit the details for our review

    6. How does the order return work in case of PIN code not compliant for pick-up?

    Some of the PIN codes on our network are not eligible for a reverse pick up in case of returns. In such cases, we request you to kindly self-ship the product to us on our registered address at Mumbai. We will refund the amount one we receive the product and after the quality check is completed along with your shipping charges. Please refer to our Payment & Refund Policy for more details.

    7. Are there any quality checks at the time of pick up?

    Yes, we do have basic quality checks in place that our delivery partner verifies at the time of pick up in case of product returns
