    We ensure safe and timely delivery of the product at your doorstep.  Once we receive the order, we ensure we dispatch it within 24 hours (Except for Sunday and National Holidays). We along with our logistic partner are equipped to reach the length and breadth of our country.

    Our courier charges vary for different states. Our office is based in Mumbai from where we accept and cater to orders across India.

    Orders above INR 1000 are automatically eligible for free shipping.

    5. How can I track my order in transit?

    Once your product is shipped you can simply log in to your account to track your order status under order page. Please keep in mind that we take a minimum of 24 hours to update the order status.

    7. Can I schedule my delivery?

    You can directly coordinate with the delivery executive details shared with you a day prior to the delivery or on the day of the delivery and schedule a drop accordingly. However, delivery at specific time may not always be an available option.

    8. I was unavailable at the time of delivery? Would you be resending the product again?

    Our delivery executive will contact you at the time of delivery. You can reschedule your delivery accordingly. However, if you are unable to answer the phone then our executive will make another attempt on consecutive day before re-shipping the order back to our warehouse.

    9. How do I know whether you serve my location before I place the order?

    Together with our logistic partner we cover more than 21000+ PIN codes across India. You can check out your PIN Code eligibility here

    10. Do you serve International orders as well?

    No. At moment we do not cater to International orders at our end. However, you can use your international debit and credit card to make purchases on our site but the delivery address needs to in India where we deliver.

    11. Will I receive multiple orders in separate batches in case I buy more products at the same time?

    No.We send all the purchased products together.

    12. What if the product that I receive is damaged or the packaging is tampered?

    We make every effort to ensure the packaging is flawless, however, if in case you receive the product or packaging in a damaged state then please drop in and email at [email protected] and we will review your request and replace the product

    13. Are there any hidden charges for shipping such as octroi?

    No. The cost break that you see at the time of checkout would be the final price of the product and you will not be charged additionally for shipping.

    14. In case of Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, can I pay by credit or debit card at the time of delivery?

    No. We do not have a Point of Sale (PoS machine) facility

    15. Is the Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility present across India?

    It depends on whether the logistic partner at your particular PIN code/location has the facility to accept Cash on Delivery (CoD) or not. Also, there are limitations on limits of Cash on Delivery as well Cash on Delivery (CoD) will be accepted for total value of the order exceeding INR 2,000/- in such cases we request you to please use our other payment options using your Credit and Debit Card.
